Hey I got a letter from North America Nissan saying that some 97 and 98 max have alternater problems that can cause fire. It should be inspected by a dealer and might be replaced. Is this why my car always struggles to start, whenever i pull up a window all my lights dim, and battery always give problems after maintaining it the right way. I got a 97 with 26,200 miles.
