people? well this one doesnt. Greddy is the only exhaust that looks and sounds cheap but is expensive. Its just a loud as a rice muffler. If I were you I would go with ApexI or Remus

such false information, there are an insane amount of GReddy pleased customers. And it is clearly visible that its the best catback for the maxima, in MY opinion and many others. Sounds throaty and sporty and looks sexy, unlike the remus mufflers that don't fit our cars right. I have nothing against the APexi WS exhaust except that my moms stock 2k1 5spd sounds like it has more *****.

P.S. - Don't pay more than $550 shipped for the GReddy SP full catback unit.

I have greddy and every body that hears my car compared to the other cars in my town say mine sounds the absolute best (compared to the HKS Apex and countless weld ons). I don't know why every body says they are so "rice loud" but its actually a nice smooth consitant deep sound. I guess all of the people that diss it just could not afford it (j/k). As you can see I love mine and you should be any where under $550. Any more than that is too rich. I hope you get it.

The greddy exhaust is a very nice setup. Everyone on this board is always saying how loud it is. I totally disagree. After hearing a LS1 with full exhaust, or even an integra, civic, etc..my greddy sp with test pipe, and y pipe, is pretty quite. Actually, I can still hear my intake over my exhaust. I got mine for $500 shipped. Good choice and good night to all, even you famemax.

 

where are you guys getting it so low $500-$550??? omg cheapest i found was $520 + $50+ shipping for ground... someone hook me up pls i would appriciate it.

i have a question...
im thinking about getting greddy also.... i currently have budget y-pipe and apexi dunk muffler with resonator taken out and it just sounds horrible....(at least im not satisfied) do you guys think it's that budget y-pipe? or my exhaust? please let me know... will my car sound better with budget y-pipe and greddy? or someother y-pipe and exhaust i have right now?

Agreed. I don't understand the bashing of the Greddy being loud. I have a warpspeed ypipe with the stock cat and the greddy catback and it is not loud at all. It might drone from 2000 rpm to 2500 but that doesn't really matter to me cuz I have a stick maxima and my crusing rpm is above the droning range. When I get the hybird intake in, I am pretty sure the intake will over power it. Oh yeah, I got the greddy from a org member for a pretty good deal. Keep your eyes open in the for sale forum.
