I'm asking this because I think the 95-96 Stillen front lip is too plain looking, I like the looks of the 97-99 ones better. So, will the Stillen 97-99 front lip fit a 96 front?

In a way

Like Nightkidz said, you will need to have the 97-99 front bumper on. I have a 96' GXE with the 97-99 front bumper and grill. The 95-96 front lip will NOT fit because the 97-99 bumper has a different bottom ledge on it, it is shaped differently. But IF you had the 97-99 bumper, of course it would fit.

Ok then, nevermind. Getting a 97-99 front bumper would be too expensive because I would also have to replace the fog lights. Oh well.
