I used to have the Cattman, that thing was awesome, the sound was so amazing and harsh that people heard me coming down a black away (they still do with the whine of my SC ), it sounds great with the exhaust (HKS + Y pipe ).

If I was to buy a CAI right now, I would go with the Injen...no cutting whatsoever, looks awesome, and from what I've heard it performs just as well as everyother CAI out there.

It's a little pricy in the $200-ish area, but I think it's going to be the top selling CAI now.

actually there is a difference, last I heard the PR comes with a K&N filter the Cattman comes with an oiled MonsterFlow filter which shows better gains compared to the K&N.

Cattman also sells K&N filter but promotes the MF filter package with their CAI setup.

I have to disagree. The injen has just as much piping, but the PR CAI gets air from outside the engine bay. However Injen does show their dyno graphs so that would sway me towards them, and they have a strong reputation.

The PRCAI comes with the MonsterFlow foam filter now. (at least mine from CustomMaxima did)

As for the difference in performance from one to the other, I don't think it would be very big. I have yet to see a fair dyno comparison. Actually, the only comparison that I've found used two different cars w/different mods. It's not a real fair comparison.
