It is kinda a local street racing legend. I hear he is on the .org
don't know his S/N though. It runs 13.8 (legit) and claims 380+hp at the wheels (I personaly would like to see the dyno chart before I believe it).

Uhh, I'm sorry, but with 380+ hp that should be WAAAY faster than 13.8....

4th gen guys are running 14.1's with less than 200 hp.

VG-5spd. Stock internals/Stock tranny. I think he was pushing 11 psi when he ran the 13.8 at import wars

11psi...damn! what enigne management?? ...11psi would be task without some good **** behind it control all that madness! sweet though...but damn I'd expect more than 13.8s...there are nitrous'd VGs out there running high13's/low 14's with only ~220 FWHP. but I guess we have to factor in whether hes running street tires, and if the setup is really UP TO PAR, 100%...sweet ride though!! any VGT is a good VGT!

Hood Scoop

Whats the purpose of the hood scoop? I know thats around the area where the stock air box is at and the intercooler is front mount, I just want to know what purpose does it serve. I think it would look cleaner without it.

11 psi is easy with a low compression VG, even without an IC. Z31's can run up to 15 psi without an IC, stock ignition, computer etc.

11psi DAILY on OEM 9:1 CR, hmmmm, not sure baout that??? Z31T CR is 7.5:1(much lower) I can see that, but on stock strength 9:1...I'm a little iffy on running 11psi daily, maybe once or twice at the track! if you check Z31.com the only guys running 15psi are up north runnig in the fall(60 degrees) and on at least 100 octane race gas...please read Section 8.0 in this article---> http://www.z31.com/nfaq/faqview.php?ParentID=7

"Running Stage III but at 15psi (NO intercooler, stock computer/injectors but racing fuel -116 octane)"

"You should not run above 12.5psi!!! (At least not regularly, and never without really high octane gas) "

The hood scoop was used when his intercooler was mounted under the scoop.

Yeah, I said up to 15 psi. But I guess I assumed he had lower compression pistons in there, 'cause that's what I would do. 9:1 is high for anything ove 10 psi unless you have a really good IC, water injection etc. Is it in fact a stock vg30 bottom end?

compression

Well what size is the turbo? Cause if it was a pretty big turbo the higher compression would allow it to spool faster.
