REQ: FSM scan
REQ: FSM scan
If someone has a factory service manual and some time, I'd appreciate a favor. I need the instructions for removal of the alternator.
Members have told me in another post that it says to remove portions of the A/C system. My A/C doesn't work after the alternator recall replacement, and the service manager says they didn't touch it. If it does instruct to remove something, I'd like to show them the page and ask why they didn't follow Nissan's instructions.
Anyway, thanks in advance if anyone can scan it and get it to me.

I don't have a scanner here, but here's the instructions from page El-33
Removal
1 Remove engine undercover RH
2 Remove side inspection cover RH
3 Loosen belt idler pulley
4 Remove drive belt
5 Remove A/C compressor mounting bolts (4)
6 Remove cooling fan and fan shroud
7 Slide A/C compresso forward
8 Disconnect alternator harness connector
9 Remove alternator upper bolt and lower bolt
Installation
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Hope that helps.
