I have this annoying squeaking sound

I have this annoying squeaking sound coming from my drivers side (front). I had this sound before I changed my springs and sturts, hoping to get rid of this sound but still there!! What could it be?

worn bearing/bushing? or maybe the top coils on the spring are squeeking as it becomes compressed

just a few thoughts. i think some people wrap them with teflon tubing, but i have only heard of this being done on rear springs.
