Brembo rotors?? got a question about them. HELP!

I just recieved my new brake rotors in the mail and i am a bit sceptical. I was told that i purchased brembo crossdrilled and slotted rotors and the ones that i recieved in the mail look like they are just crossdrilled/slotted steel rotors that are spraypainted silver. Is this what the should look like? They dont say brembo on them. What is the deal?

Look...

between the rotors (not the large side surface area) and it should be stamped/pressed Brembo *really small. If not, then they are not Brembo.

I installed Brembo rotors 3 weeks ago and they also came in red and white Brembo cardboard boxes. I looked at the picture of the rotor shown on eBay and the finish is not the same as what my rotors had. Those looked like a flat paint (no reflection from surface) while the Brembos I installed had a shiny chrome like finish. Not a mirror finish but you could tell they were definitely plated.

Yeah I had ordered the same rotors from that dude, but I decided not to go with him and his product when I saw how they look and how his office number was his cell number. I ordered my rotors from racing concepts and they the real thing.

I also got my rotors from Race Concepts, everthing seems okay. Have you installed them yet? Getting 4 guality rotors for $200.00 was a good deal.

They have great sells men. I was going to order them from e-bay and I compared the quality of the rotors. One of that sales men sent me pictures of his rotors and his looked legit. I would recommend there website for brembo rotors. Yeah I bought 4 rotors, I haven't intalled them yet!

I would send them back! You want to be sure that your braking is right on your car. That is one of the most important things on your car. I personally couldnt drive if I thought the rotors I bought weren't legit rotors

Look bro, any idiot will tell you that "thing" is not Brembo rotors! I have done my research and have seen plenty of pics of Brembo rotors, due to the fact that I dream about a mod for about 1year or so (dont mind my rumbling).
Get your money back, even if there is a re-stocking fee! I know how you feel, I have had fake stuff sold to me before.
Good luck.

Damn! I ordered Rotors and pads from stillen, I should have gone to that site, sounds like a good deal. Oh well, too late. I didn't get ripped off THAT bad. Under $350 for all four drilled rotors and four metal matrix pads.
Perfect Max: Since the add says that they are BREMBO, if he didnt sell you brembos, he owes you brembos. Period. You shouldnt have to pay a restocking fee if he gave you a fake product. Thats false advertising, and you can take him to court for it.
Good luck,
Dan

Perfect? (or, not so perfect)... The seller's name is "Skeptikal101"..hmm! I wonder if I should be ....
My $.02 though adding some humor to it. But shoot for your $ back and let'em keep the 30 bucks. hopefully he can feed himself with it. DanSE made an excellent point, however, I just dont see it worth it to begin anything other than str8 refund. Anything else, you may not see or hear from that dude at all. Of course, you can and should threaten him w/neg Ebay feedback for misleading ad. Thats usually a good incentive to get your $ back.
Wow- thats $.04 now.. you owe me now, pal
