Damn, good catch! I can see that now too. I was wondering why the bimmer would suddenly break down after a little high-speed driving. Seems unlikely that a car made for the autobahn would just poop out like that. But the backgrounds in both scenes are identical.

That

show is notorious for there phony car engine reving sounds, tire squeeling w/o the car moving, and exaggerated car crashes noises. Not to mention that announcer who acts like he was driving the cars himself...

I've heard civics sound like V8s in that show...

yea, its pretty sad to say the least.. makes for some good watching none the less.
