How do replace my shifter bushings??

My shifter bushings have been shot for a while, but I c an still get the car into gear so I just dealed with it. I think its time to replace them, but I'm not sure how? I know they are located above the cat converter, but where do I go from there??

Can someone give me some semi-detailed instructions on how to change them?

Thanks
