I have a 95 SE, my waterpump got messed up, my coolant kep leaking and my car even overheated once. The water pump is cheap, the problem is getting to it. I wouldnt recommend doing it yourself, but to take it to a professional. I would have done it myself but you have to go through so much of the engine to get to it, at least thats what I heard, especially the cmas which I dont want to mess with. Luckily my dad had a friend who did it for me for free. If you do decide to do it, it wont be easy, and will take a while, so be carefil and good luck

The water pump is located on the bottom of the engine and the timing chain wraps around it. It costs about $150, but if nissan installs it about $500.

It is a very time consuming thing. I have never seen a write up, but here are the directions..bottom of page 1

$120 for the part @ nissan, and $250 to install it. It is very hard to get to, on the timing chain, have someone else do it. No more coolant leaks
