I'm assuming you mean all motor? Vqdriver's 14.18 is the quickest N/A w/o slicks. Dave B has the fastest trap not on slicks I believe, 97.79, N/A. I think I've got the fastest trap speed period for an N/A 4th gen, 98.38. That was on slicks, and slicks are known to kill your trap speeds. I might have trapped close to or at 100mph had I been on street tires.

Of course as I wrote this I remembered you are turbo'd so maybe you weren't asking for N/A times? If you mean fastest period then there's alot of controversy over who's really the fastest, who's proved it, etc.

 

I would say matt(mardigras)13.0 without slicks then matt (SR20DEN) think he's got a 13.2 on his 17's.
