you didn't email yet? just ask him a question first.. i would like to knwo where you obtained a picture of my car and why its in your ebay auction without my permission, am i also apart of this business venture? if so i don't remember signing any contracts or knowing what my percentage of sales would be. If this is not the cause could you please remove my picture please, or you can place information about my car and your sponsors in your auction.. either or works fine for me

You can go to ebay as well and they could ban him from the site.
I mean the guy is using non-permissioned pictures and probably some of your writeup. Looks like he's sold quite a few of the docs judging by his feedback.

copyright????????? not to be a ****, but you copyrighted that picture? where? does it say on the picture that it's copyrighted? do you have any legal documents that it's copyrighted??? does your license plate show up? I mean, what can you legally do? nothing really, the only thing you have is kindness of the guy who's posting it

Its not really a matter of copyright, its that on ebay in order to post pictures you have to have content of every pic you use, if its not yours. Obviously in this case that wasnt done, so...

Not to mention he's telling people they can buy the hardware from the Home Depot. I know that the Home Depot is an unoriginal place to get supplies for the home, but what can we do? It's expensive but convenient and open til midnight. Last thing the place needs is a bunch of ricers perusing the aisles...

 

This was kinda what I was thinking... My first thought would be to talk to the person, ascertain WHERE they got the pic from. Since the pic isn't exactly copyrighted, I wouldn't even go that route. Waste of time, if you ask me.

 

the bigger issue to me is actually the writeup.. because I know for a fact he is using the writeup i did for vqpower.com, with the same 13 images and in full detail... no one else has done this for the maxima (full write up).

we'll see.. i emailed the guy and contacted some folks..
