Race Pipes: Warp Speed vs. Custom Maxima

How many of you guys have straight (race) pipes form eithe WSP
or Custom Maxima?

How do you like this mod?

and why did you choose one over the other?

Test pipe is useless. Don't bother. If you are dead set on getting one, get the cheaper one.

its not useless..

the effective ness of a test pipe will increase with the horsepower of your car..

if you have lets say 190 or less fwhp .. you will see 1 to 3 hp
if you have 290 - 220 fwhp .. you will see 5 - 7 hp gain
if have over 300 fwhp you will see gains of 10+ hp

this is been talked about in differnt threads for weeks



lets just take what darren said and make it law....

well i need to modify that a bit..

the 220 - 240 hp on a N/A car with a test pipe won't yeild as much as the 5-7 as a boosted car would.. more than likely 1 - 4 hp

actually I did see one or two threads about this recently which is
what prompted me to post up this thread.

I think you're one of the guys vehemently arguing that although
you will have gains with this mod... they will be minimal and
that it would be a waste of money to buy from custommaxima.

it doesn't make the car louder.. removing the resonator makes the car louder
