Expecting times with N2O
Expecting times with N2O
I'm already a steady 15.0 on the track with decent peaks in the the mid 14's. I just installed a 70 shot of N2O, I'm curious what other members have experience time wise when spraying
I have hybrid intake/Y pipe/hiflow cat/WSP b pipe/5 spd

good luck...but I only run the Zex and my sig shows how I do...
It's really gonna depend on traction and bottle temp. Do you have a bottle heater? To not be disappointed, I'd say a 14.0-14.1. When I was using N20, I ran a 15.3 NA and 14.4 on a 50 shot with my auto, with about a 750psi bottle pressure. With a 100 shot, I just couldn't get traction unless I waited till 3rd gear to spray, though I did manage to dip below 14's once. I no longer have the nitrous or the auto, but I spin the tires pretty good into second, and chirp on third with the 5spd, nitrous would just make that much worse. Do you have a window switch? If not, be VERY CAREFUL!. I wouldn't spray at all in first, wait till the top on 2nd at least, and wait till your firmly in 3rd before spraying in that gear. Good luck!

Like mtrai said, bottle temperature is of the utmost importance to get good times. With the setup you have, and depending on track conditions, outside temerature and traction, I'd say you'll be right around the 14.1-13.9 department without a heater and 13.9-13.6 with a heater. Just a rough estimate....
