Is there anybody with APC super whites in their clear corners?

Is there anybody with APC super whites in their clear corners?

and do you have the corners rewired?? mine got awful hot so I took the rewire off

yup and that heat will eventually cause that corner to crack

its a shame too they looked good on bright. Even the wires were hot

mine are fine

but my clears are not sealed very well and the bulb cracks if it gets wet.

I have PolarG bulbs in my corners w/ the rewire, they seem to be just fine.

So what your saying is that if you put the PolarG bulbs in and rewire, then it'll be safe? I found rewire directions on Customaxima.com but they are for the 97-99 max's only. Any rewire directions for a 3rd gen out there? And if so, are they safe?

Mine looked green with those bulbs. I didn't like it. ???

I have the APC Superwhites and they are alright, had the Polarg before and the Ploarg blew, the APC are alright now, but also they only last so long before they will die, I am thinking about going to LED 1157 style bulbs when I get some excess money though.

Email me if you want pics of them with my BMW e36, h7 equipped, Parabolic Free form lights!
