I made one pair of clear lenses and they came out ok... I'm doing my friend's tails this coming Friday... If they come out perfect, which I feel they are, I will open up shop for making Clear and Red tails for 97-99 Max's out here on Long Island, NY. I'd be asking for $100.00 and while you wait you can play some Playstation or whatever will keep you occupied. Let me know if you're interested.

Im from Suffolk Kounty near Brentwood. I said $100 cuz the ones from APC that they say they have but really dont are like $160 with shipping and people i know out here on the island that do them charge $150 for most people. It takes a lot just to take that f***ing lens off. Gotta heat it up just right without warpin' the plastic... Gotta pull the lens off just right cuz its cracks too easy... Cutting that lighting lens to fit the housing is an absolute B**ch... and puttin' it back together is a lil tricky too with the heating. It takes some time, but quality is what counts.

 

I don't really understand...does your charge of $100 include a new set of tail lights or no?
I mean APC's price is $160 but not for labor only, parts are included.
Can you clarify that?
