Installed stillen supercharger on my 99 maxima at 19k miles. Fried transmission at 22k miles. Replaced transmission and fried transmission again. Only drove over 700 miles on second transmission. Car seems like it is stuck in second gear. I pamper the hell out of my car. I still can not believe all the problems I am having. If you have any ideas of what is causeing the trans to fail please write. Also if any one has had this problem please let me know what was done to resolve it. If any one has any suggestions, please write.

about the car:
Automatic, suspension work, rear section exhaust only, supercharged

Have you changed out your pulley/increased boost? Have you recalibrated your valve body? Have you gotten a tranny cooler? I have had the sc on my car for about 1 year now and we have put on about 8k on it. Our transmission has not changed its dispostion and still drives like we first got it. Give us more details about your mods. I even run a Y-pipe with the sc. There have been no problems. On the second transmission did you get a full rebuild? I hope you dont manually shift it or do neutral drops. Let us know what exactly transpired.

I've go at least 10,000 miles on my trans

with at least 40 1/4 mile runs and 50 dyno passes. I've had no problems(yet, knocking on wood).

I think there is more to your trans problems than the SC.

If you only drove 700 miles and its already messed up

I wouldn't pay for the rebuild. Have them fix it for free or stop payment on check or dispute the charge on your credit card. Hopefully they will stand by it.

This is what you need.
1. Tranny cooler. You can get one for around $60.
2. Flush the tranny with Redline ATF.
3. Get a tranny temp gauge to monitor the fluid tempature. If it ever goes above 200, flush with new redline ATF.
4. Valve body kit
