Cig Lighter Not working... already checked fuses.

what else can be the problem

i havent opened the dash up .

It happened when i put the power inverter ...
dc to ac

and it jus stopped working
can someone help me outtt plzzzz

Just to be sure, go back and double-check fuse #6. It should be a 15 amp fuse.

If the fuse is good you may have a disconnected power wire anywhere between the fuse and the cigar lighter socket, or the socket itself is defective, or the ground wire has become loose.

yea...would replace the fuse anyway and make sure because it could be a small break you don't notice. Then check to make sure the cig lighter wires in the back are in firm
