FS: Brand New Sony MEX-5DI cd/mp3/XM receiver

I've got one (1) Brand New in box Sony MEX-5DI receiver for sale. It not only plays CD/MP3/XM...it can also show pics (.jpg & .gif) with the built-in Memory Stick slot.

This is an awesome deck, which normally retails for $1000. I'm only asking $599, including FREE OVERNIGHT S/H with Tracking number. So that's 40% off for this new 2002 model!

Here's some specs:

-Motorized, Fold-out Face
-Wireless Remote
-High-Reolution TFT Color Display
-Memory Stick slot plays ATRAC3 files on MagicGate Memory Stick and transfers images via Memory Stick for display on TFT screen
-XM Satellite Radio controls
-plays MP3 files on CD-R and CD-RW, plus CDs, CD-Rs, CD-RWs
-CD/MD changer controls
-front/rear/subwoofer preamp outputs
-high-pass/low-pass filters
-auxiliary input
-SSIR-EXA tuner
-EQ7 with 7 preset EQ curves and a 7-band equalizer for fine-tuning
-Dynamic Soundstage Organizer (raises and widens speaker locations for improved soundstaging)
-no internal amp Eexternal amp(s) required
-CD frequency response 10-20,000 Hz
-CD signal-to-noise ratio 95 dB
-FM sensitivity 8 dBf
-1-year warranty

Hey T, I am giving serious thought to taking the Bose crap out, but this unit is a bit overkill for me. Let me know if you have anything else I may like.

Actually it's P...
This is the only car audio I have right now, but I'll post up when I get any new stuff.

Sorry, "P"

Did you have the Bose in yours, or were you smart enough not to get that crap?

No, I was "dumb enough" to get the Bose. Reason is that I REALLY wanted Meridian, which only comes along with Bose. I don't regret it, b/c I use the heating elements all the time. The bose isn't that bad, and I removed the stock sub anways.
