How to remove dash around stereo headunit
I searched but had some trouble funding what I needed...
I bought (on eBay) a replacement for my non-Bose stereo headunit, but I am having trouble figuring out how I am going to remove the dash and then remove and install the headunit. Any help would be appreciated.

Go to maximadriver.com, and the How To section.
If that doesn't answer your question, PM me, and I'll give you the steps to do it for a stick. I've done it like 4 times in the past month.

I did the installation of my headunit today. Removal of the old headunit was a pain in the a$$! Removal of the dash went fine... but taking out the screws from the bracket to actually remove the headunit from the bracket took about 3 1/2 hours.
Those screws are in there ridiculously tight. I think Nissan actually used Lock-tight or something on them, because I broke the tip of a Sears Craftsman screwdriver, and then I broke the tip of another screwdriver bit trying to get them out. After wrestling with the screws for about an hour (and trying every screwdriver my dad has) we went to Home Depot for suggestions. They tried a bunch of different screwdrivers, and some liquid that was supposed to loosen the screws... nothing worked.
We ended up having to drill the heads off of the screws (since I didn't care what happened to the old headunit anyways). Two of the screw heads were stripped anyways due to our attempts to unscrew them.
Finally, after all that, 3 1/2 hours later, the new unit was in and the old was out. Thanks Ramius83, the new unit works great. For some reason the display on the new unit didn't work for the first 5 minutes or so, and then it miraculously started working. Weird.
