I need some help!

Ok, so a few weeks ago I noticed my car was jerking during acceleration. More often during hard acceleration. Then it started stalling on me when I would come to a stop, or sometimes when taking off from a stop. I pulled the code for the knock sensor, so I figured that would fix the problem. So, while I was at it, I went ahead and cleaned my throttle body, replaced my knock sensor, replaced my air filter, and my fuel filter. (I'd like to shoot the person who decided where to put that.) So, I figured this would solve my problems. Well, I did this all on Sunday, and it has stalled on me twice since then, and jerked slightly during acceleration twice. It's not doing it as often, or as badly as before, but it's still doing it. If it was another sensor gone bad, my CEL would be on, right? What else could it be that I can check? I REALLY want my car to be back to normal. HELP!

bad spark plugs caused my car to have bad idle. Not sure why you stalling but i would say your sparks may be bad? how long since u changed them last time?

could be engine coolant temp sensor as far as stalling, but i dunno because you say it jerks too. could it possibly be mafs? there are a number of threads that are similar to this, search for the engine coolant temp. sensor or other things that you thought and you'll find other people changed all of them until they solved the problem. seems like many people get similar problem. sorry i couldn't be more help, goodluck.

Well, the car has 116K on it, and the spark plugs were changed at 100K. I thought it could be the MAF too, but wouldnt that cause the CEL to come on?

You'll need to replace the air meter assembly

Sounds very much like a MAF sensor problem.
