I did 2 mods today..pics on the other one might be tomorrow..

AE style lights... but not black..white to match my car

IMO the white in the headlight itself doesn't contrast enough with the actual headlight reflector so it visually dulls out the entire headlight assembly. When I fabricated H4 Maxima Headlights using Corolla headlight reflectors I tried white, aluminum, gloss black and black. I went ahead and stuck with flat black. It makes the reflector look more jewel-like.

I'm sure if you started a poll the majority will prefer black over white. It' very unique though; I haven't seen anyone roll around with white in the headlights before. My $.02

haha .. my roof no.. my trunk lid was in my living room and it looked like rain so I put my car cover on while I did some other things.. good eye though

96blumax- thanks, well if you want to, you can do one in blue and one in black and DO NOT put the covers back on and stick the assembly in there and see how you like it and black will cover blue

ben- yeah, you get credit sometimes... and I might have pics of the trunk today.. It did not go as smooth as I wanted it yesterday

jeff- you know you want RED headlights....

I did this preparing for an HID kit


95emeraldgxe- not to bad.. it has been overcast here ia atl.. so I am waiting to wash the car and see how it looks..but it looks good to me.. if it did not there would have been no pics and they would be black now
