tricky wiring w/ the BOSE.... help please!
alright guys
im trying to wire in my soundcard (in car pc) to the Bose system... i guess i have figured out my solution. I am going to splice in the signal wires of the bose to my sound card... but the prob is that i need the amplifiers to turn on in order to do something.
Now i searched and found taht teh green/white wire is the "signal on amp"... basically its the wire that triggers the amps on... in order for the amps to turn on, is it a continuous flow of 12V+ running through that wire when the amps are on? or is it just some sort of relay...
like meaing, i wanna somehow tap into that wire w/ an external switch in order to turn on the amps when i want them to... what's my best way to do it?
Also, can I somehow utilize the CD-Changer button instead of an aftermarket one...

also... can someone please please scan me a diagram of anything related to the Bose such as diagrams and whatnot from a chilton or haynes manual... please when you have the time.
I know i will be getting the manual soon anyways for other maintenance on the car but i can really use a visual this weekend. Thanks alot guys.
