oh..sorry i never replied to that post about the headlights..i had an electrical emergency with my seatbelts and it got pushed back in my mind hehe..ill check the headlight mod out tomorrow tho..about the turn signals youd have to replace the socket with a dual element one and then wire the second element to the side marker probably.

Kingston has done it, he sent me a diagram about it but I don't have it with me now
it involves several relays and a resistor I believe so it's more complicated than the other rewires, but it's possible
ask him for more info about it

Re: This is what i was talkin about Craig.

you got it blue max, yea, then it would look alot nicer with just the parking lights on. Right now i either have my headlights on or off. I was thinking, maybe you could run a dual element socket, and run the low to the parking lights, and keep the high to the original turn signal wire. Only thing i don't like is i want them to be BRIGHT ya know. what i really want, is for them to be on, fully at all times untill i hit my turn signal. then i want them to flash. Who has the wire diagram for this? if anyone does please post it! that would be a really decent rewire.

foo probably has the right idea for you Ryan, it would be probably be easiest to get a socket with 2 leads so you could have a brighter light and a normal blinker

the way the wiring is hooked up to the front turn signal it is hard to accomplish this mod with simple wiring tricks (I found this out when I tried to help blumax do it via email); all kinds of weird stuff starts happening
here is the diagram Kingston drew for how to do it involving a resistor, 2 relays and other wiring

I have never tried it so I can't really explain what's going on so you'll have to ask him if you want to know more about it
