Looking to replace clutch, need advice...

My clutch is currently slipping and is in bad need of being replaced. Can you guys recommend a particluar clutch, and where I may get it. I'm not particularly looking for a "performance", but rather an adequate replacement for the OEM or whichever is more...ahem...economical (times are hard).
What kind of labor costs should I expect also from a local mechanic vs dealership.

All help is appreciated.
