We'll I finally replaced my Polymatrix D pads for some "less aggressive" Polymatrix T to shift some of the brake bias to the rear again... I also installed a set of Goodridge SS lines, too, while I was at it.



Initial impressions with the Poly T: It appears to be a much 'quieter' pad. It doesn't have the 'groan' when almost coming to a full stop. I've only driven almost 2 weeks and the brake dusting appears less but it's still early.

Not bad for about $65 a set...

These suckers last a long time (not that the pads are expensive!)

65 for a set... damn APs are 160 from Stillen 114 for Hawks from tirerack ehehe you have me beat there!

i have hawk pads on my wilwoods and they are much less aggressive, BUT, they don't dust as much and they are as quite as can be..

i wish i could swing the cash for spindles so i could get my SSBC stuff.

I haven't really "gotten on them" yet as I'm trying to gradually break them in.

The first few stops in the morning are much better because they don't require the slight warmup of the Poly Ds (which wasn't bad at all)...

I'm gonna order the HD 48 vane rotors (about 2 lbs heavier) and maybe the Poly E to experiment. Heck, it's as easy as pie to swap brake pads on these calipers... It almost makes me want to go to the track and race
