Whenever I pnuch the car and there's snow on the ground, my steering wheel will start turning towards the right pretty bad, I have to hold it hard in order to keep it straight. Or when I go on bumpy roads and let go of the steering wheel and hit bumps, it'll turn really bad on whichever side the bump is. My steering wheel is kind of loose. Like if I turn it 2 - 3 inches on either side real fast the car will keep going straight, doesn't respond to good.

I have the get the wheels balanced and the alignement fixed, could this be the problem or could it be something else?

 

could be lower control arm bushings..or tie rod ends..when i got my car both lower control arm bushings were gone(literally..gone) and it drove real funny and was very loose.
could also be rack and pinion bushings...best thing to do is look under your car and see if u see any rubber stuff eat up

 

How much is it to fix if ever it is what you say it might be?

 

lower control arms are 210 a piece...tie rod ends are like 70 a pair i think, and the bushings for the rack and pinion are 11 a piece..all of those prices are + labor for install.
I am currently trying to 'repair' one of my lower control arms using urethane stuff but i dont know how good its going to work.
