What do you think? Possible Maxima purchase (one accident reported)

I'm looking at a 2000 SE with a 5 speed, suede interior, bose, moonroof, 37k miles for $15,300. It's from a dealer locally that moves a lot of inventory and claims to never have had a complaint with the BBB from anybody in all their years of business. It's a nice car. Drives and looks very nice. Carfax says this about it:

As you can tell it was in an accident of unknown severity. This was reported one year after it was initially registered the first time but I find it interesting that the mileage at that point was marked as 6 miles. How the heck can an already one year old car have a mileage of 6 miles. What am I missing?

Skoorbie!!!! <if your confused..think ATOT and who gave you the best advice ever to visit this forum!!>
Glad to see you here!
I'd stay away from that car, I'm sure you can find a whole lot more 5-spd 5th gens in your area.

UPDATE
OK a more extensive autocheck on the car states that there was no frame damage and no insurance loss - does that mean that insurance did not pay to fix it, or merely that the owner's insurance did not go up, or the other person's insurance hit it? Does "no insurance loss" mean anything?
The car is being checked out tomorrow by an independent nissan dealer in town for an extensive check of everything including frame/unibody. They said that if the frame has not been damaged, as long as the body work repairs were good (they were), then there is nothing to worry about buying a car that has been in an accident.
SO if I get it back tomorrow from this place and they say that the car looks in good working order and no frame damage, what is the worry associated with buying a car that has been in an accident? I have the case number from Carfax but apparently it's a length process to get a real accident report written up, and harder still to get an invoice of the real work done.
