these actually have the best ride money can buy.
these coilovers are the best. THey are not like other coilovers since they are specifically made for your car witht he exact spring rate needed.

So to answer your question of if the ride rough. I guess people have opinions about it but the ride is stiff and firm.

You can definitely change your shocks but you do not need to. Ground control are mad so that they will work with all different shocks and they can be changed like socks.
Now you can change them and if you do, i recommend you go with the kyb agx adjustables, these would make your ride unbeleivable because you can adjust the shock to suit your prefrences.

I would recommend these to any who wants to drop their car and not worry about a ****ty ride.

no offense but grund controls arent..... very good I have them and well I gueeesssss they're ok, but they are VERY VERY far from the best- so I'm getting true coilovers as soons as I get back to my car

however, the best costs alot more- JIC Coilovers, TEIN Coliovers... you get the picture cant even compare real coilovers with GCs fake Coilovers...

I am dropped alot with the GCs, aftermarket struts are a MUST the stockers will give you horrible ride and will blow after a short period of time depending on your drop- even Konis wll blow under the stress of slammed GCs

I have a softer spring rate it gives me a good ride but handling really sucks... thats why I cant wait to toss in some new coilovers

seriousy if you want the best dont go for GCs... but for the money and 355 is a good deal... go for it but dont think that they are the best option for you...

thanks....for the opinion....no offense to the GC guys, but they dont seem great judging fomr the pics you guys have....esp, the hot pics secion...the fact that most of the pics have the cars on 3 wheels while in a turn duzn't really seem to attract me....but i did see u guys in the ....i guess june sport compact car....i think its june...and...um....i've seen some coilovers that are just like yours....basically identical....i've accually installed them...um...my friend bought his on ebay for $80 for his integra...it seems that the coilovers he bought can fit anyshock /strut w/ a diameter of like 2- 2 1/2inch...if it duzn't fit...it cam w/ rubber O rings to put on...the ride was harsh...buh man....that slow POS can handle like mad....rear end of the car would drift easy w/ the handbrake....180's J turns ..NO problem...the engine lagged during a 360 though....well..yea...thats my OPINION
