here are the symptoms...
92SE if that matters...

When the car is at idle and I push the front window buttons up the engine drops a couple hundred RPMs (I know this from tach and sound of engine)

If I'm just driving around (RPMs @ 2000) and I do the same thing... no effect.

Also worth mentioning that turning headlights on does the same thing, although no as severe. I've got two RF amps hooked up (160 and 250 watts) if that might make a difference.

Any ideas???
