Tranny Gone NY

Wierd my tranny's slipping on the 2-3 shift under light aceleration Shift it manually its fine kick it down from 3rd to second under power and it shifts down and up fine. Anyone from Long Island Area get there 92 SE tranny rebuilt and satisfied. Why does the thought of getting you auto tranny rebuilt invoke the thought you need to buy a 50 gal drum of KY first.

i dealt with the gibraltar on jericho tpke between e nothport and huntington, and my dad had his blazer's tranny rebuilt by them. very honest, reputable tranny shop. trannies are never cheap, and if they are, you get what you pay for. he will do a great job

he does have a shop...a believe he has a tranny guy come in and do the work..but the best thing to do is give him a call. he'll answer ALL your questions instead of asking me.

good time? what time is a typical shop open?? dunno..maybe 10 to 5 or so is good...M-F?
