Lower compression. Depending on the years, 7.5 in 84-87, 7.8 in the 88+. Not certain on the years but something like that. ECU is different, oil pump is different. A maxima VG has different heads, upper intake. Some have different crank snout and accessory pulleys. Injectors are larger too. And a cyl head temp sensor.
