Are there any inexpensive ways to get more speed and performance out of a 95 SE w 120K?

Are there ways to increase the HP?

Of that you can be certain, but you should probably ask in the appropriate forum. 5th generation is for 2000+ model years.

Quick things will be an intake and Y pipe. Together they can net you 15 or so hp? Total cost will be around $300. Couple poeple seel these items on the board. My Y pipe is a Warpspeed. It basically is lighter than OEM and eliminates the 2 "precats". May screw you for emissions testing if your state has that.
