$2000 damage, a rental car, and pictures

So hail storm, dentsthe size of lemons and peas, estimate... $2000 and two weeks in the shop. Rental car is a 2k3 Maxima GXE. Not bad, nice pick up.... it's a manual, but we won't hold that against it. soo needless to say I've been having fun...

Now, let me show you my other ride!!!

You got a 2k3 Maxima GXE with a stick? As far as I knew there was no such animal... interesting.

Lemme see...because of the location of

the tachometer I would say its either a 150 or a 152..do I pass the test?

Have u flown one of the new 172s with the 180 HP engine? Sweet indeed...right at 1000 FPM on initial climbout with two adults and two kids (under seven) aboard...it hauls the mail pretty good!

My wet dream is a straight-leg Cardinal 177b, the post-1970 models with the 180 hp constant-speed prop...I flew left seat on a ferry ride from Hillsboro to Klamath Falls (southern Oregon) on one and with two aboard...easy cruise at 130 knots...now that's moving

ps: sorry 'bout the hail damage

there is a GXE for 2002 and 2003 but they are scarce. but the GXEs definitely do not come with a manual transmission. either it is an SE or it isnt a 2002/2003.

you are all right, I accidentally typed the wrong transmission in... I was thinkming stick ... it IS ACTUALLY an automatic..... wish it was a stick...

anyway, close, the picture is in a Cessna 172N The 152 has less features. If you notice from the dash picture it has 2 VORs and an ADF which the 152 (or at least our flight school's 152s) do not have. it's only around 160hp... (don't have the manual with me right here) but these are early 70s versions of 172s, OSU is too cheap to buy anything new like Western Michigan who just bought a brand new fleet of 40 C172s!

In that last picture I was actually over S.R. 33 and you can see Hoover Res in the distance (2nd body of water)
