the day before christmas i drove home to do some last minute shopping and when i came back out my 90 max didnt start. the starter sounds ok but it just didnt turn over. i had to have it towed where it sat outside a garage for 2 days. when they tried to start it, it started right up. they put in a little dry gas and i picked it up about 2 hours later.

it seems to start ok if its been sitting idle for @least 1.5-2 hours but if i start it up in the morning and drive 9 miles to work as soon as i shut off the engine i cannot re-start it right away. the starter was replaced over the summer - when it does start i dont even have to touch the gas it starts on the first try with just a key turn.

i have tried starting the car when its in neutral but still no avail. it seems ok so long as where ever i am going i stay at least 2 hours...

 

when u try to start it when it's hot does the engine crank at all?

 

the engine cranks but it doesnt seem to want to "turn over" like its out of gas.
