They make adapters - check local car audio install shop.
Or you can rip the black plastic rings from the stock POS speakers if your non bose and line them up with your new speakers mounting holes, screw them in, then your factory holes are still lined up. Thats what I did in the rear deck.
Fronts I got adapters.
