buying 99 se
i will be buying a 1999 se loaded with automatic with 80000 miles for $10900 in massachusetts. is this a good price? what should i be worried about?

Make sure the car has had all it's servie done. Tune up should have been at 60K, try to get the records of what was done. Other then that, it's a great car. Good luck with it!
