Will a 95-99 I30 rear seat fit in a 96Max?

Back in the summer I installed leather 96 Prelude seats in the front, but I've still got my cloth bench in the rear. I'd really like to pick up a I30 rear bench because it has headrests and would look pretty good in the Max. I'm sure the bolting locations are the same as the Max, but I don't know if the diminsions are right.
