I own a 98 Maxima SE, one of my headlights are higher than the other. I was wondering on how to adjust them and what tools I needed in oder to do it. I did see 2 long pins on each side near the lights but I don;t know if that would be it, nor which one to choose if they were it. Answers are greatly appreciated.

not sure

on the 5th gen max we don't have that lil mercury gide to help us nemore.. i think all u need is a flat head screw driver. i kno on the 240sx u don't need tools just hands. just look around. to see if there are two screws behind the housing. start pplayin wiht it. they are not bolts..

sorrie but this is my best shot at this post without lookin' at a car..

Those 2 long pins with the black hexagonal plastic on the ends is for the adjustment. I think I used an 8mm wrench to adjust them on my '96. Its real easy......
