ok....i'm about to purchase a Y-pipe for my car.
my questions is....will installing the Y-pipe cause my check-engine light to turn on?
i'm worried cuz i know that by installing the Y-pipe, i'll be taking out the pre-cat.....
anyone had this kind of problems?
any info will be appreciated.
thanks in advance....

there wont be a problem JUST REMEBER WHEN U PUT THE PIPE IN DISCONNECT YOUR BATTERY , your ecu will re adjust itself when u start it up and will take about a week for your car to be at its full potential cause the ecu has to re learn the new performance.
