When I turn on the fan for the heater/air it makes kind of a faint
ticking sound like holding a piece of paper up to a fan blade.
Does any one else have this problem or is it normal. Is there
anything I can do to fix it?

I have this exact problem. Its only at speed level 1 that I get it.

I went to my dealer and he had no idea what this "motor cover" was so I'm going to look into it and perhaps install it..will let you know results when its in

 

Ya I get the sound on level 1 and 2 it's pretty annoying to me.
Please let me know about the motor cover when you get it installed
as far as if it works, how to install it, and difficulty of install.
