i30t also came with a wing and larger series tires. IIRC
This is for 96 & 97.
There were 3 models. The "standard", "leather" and "touring". The "standard" is a basic I30. Fst96se has a standard. No leather, no Bose, no sunroof, no spoiler, no heated seats. It's like a GXE Maxima. It still has the nice features like the auto dim mirror, power seats and Homelink. You won't see many standard editions.
The "leather" edition, well, has leather. It also has the Bose as standard equipment. Options like sunroof and heated seats were optional. It still has the ugly 20 spoke rims.
The "Touring" has everything. Leather, Bose, heated seats & mirrors, sunroof, spoiler. All the goodies. It also has a little tighter suspension and really nice BBS forged light weight wheels.

I don't think this is entirely true. My "standard" came standard with Bose, Digital Climate control, VLSD, dual power seats, and fog lights, none of which comes on a GXE maxima. The main difference between a standard and leather i30 is the leather, and the leather did not come with a 5spd, just the standard and the touring.
Just thought I would clear that up....!

Oh, and all 5spd i30s have VLSD... cool huh?

I should have deleted/edited the post, oh well. You are correct in your corrections Shawn. I am lucky were friends because I deserve to be flamed for incorrect info
That site gives good info on standard and optional items. I does however say that VSLD is not on all 5-speeds. It for sure was not standard on the "S" model. Neither was the Homelink. This info is From Nissan/Infiniti so I believe it to be reliable.
