Blemishes (Hazing?) on SE 16s

I was washing my car the other day and noticed something odd on my wheels. It looks like there is some sort of yellowish hazing on my wheels that I can't get off. I've tried clay, polish, wax, dish detergent, and other stuff. Has anyone else had this problem?

on all the wheels? When I had an alignment done, I dont know why but they spray silicone on the bead of the tire. It ran down one of the spokes in the rear. Was *really* hard to get off. I was pretty sure it had all come off. Didnt seem like anything that would cause problems later. I usually waxed the wheels with the car, seems like that would have protected them well. :/

It could just be the sun fading out the silver color. I dunno, my rims still look new, aside from a scratch when they mounted my rims on fresh tires ughh

It is just on one of the wheels. I'm not sure which one it might have been because I have rotated them a couple times. So far, I've been the only one that has noticed it, so that's a good thing. I might try an abrasive polish and see how that works. I'm getting new wheels in a couple months anyway, but I was just wondering.

BTW, I still am happy with the wheels
