every so often i use mequiar's clear plastic polish, it comes in a little blue bottle, and it keeps that plastic cover on my instrument panel crystal clear.

also...

I recently purchased a bottle of 3M "Perfect-It II" Fine Cut Rubbing Compund and used it on both my clock and guage cover. I had to scrub hard, but it worked wonderfully on the clock, and I was hasty with the guage cover so I have to have another go at it. But, it seems to work very well provided you give it a good hard rubbing. $8 for a huge bottle (16oz.) at Pep Boys.

Meguiars has a clear plastic cleaning kit that I use. you can order it at www.meguiars.com It does a great job and is super easy to use, I would suggest going in on it with a friend, it is not expesive but you'll have a lifetime supply you might want to share. I have only used mine twice on 2 different care in 5 years. Once you clean the plastic it stays clean.
Be well!!!!
