Eibach Springs and Tokico

I am looking for feedback from anyone who has eibach springs and tokico struts and shocks. I want them for my 2k2 along with 19" rims and I need your input on how the ride is. Any input would be great...

i had eibachs and tokicos for a long time until i got the AGXs.
the ride is good..much smoother than AGXs. it's really nice for everyday driving.

For street/everyday driving the tokico Eibach combo is good. You will definitely notice the stiffer ride. Doesn't take too long to get used to it though. However, if you're planning on doing any track events, I would suggest AGX or the Tokico Luminas (I think those are the adjustable ones). I haven't been in any car with the AGX or Luminas so I really can't comment on that, but being able to adjust settings for track is definitely a plus. I have done a couple track events and I would have preferred a little stiffer ride. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the combo.

btw, u may want to search and see if 19inch rims will fit on a lowered ride. Hope this helps.

So the AGX are not good for everyday driving? I am just a little confused, because most people crap on toks and talk up AGX's. I know it depends on the application, but this seems to be a widely excepted view

I cant comment on AGXs but my car with Toks

and Eibachs is fine, certainly a little stiffer over large bumps but also very well damped, no harshness.

That said, I'm running rather soft, 'grand touring' tires (Michelin MXM4s) on 17" rims, go to a sport tire on 19" rims and you'll feel everything on the road larger than half an inch tall because you simply have nearly zero tire sidewall deflection...in New York you'll tear your car (and tooth fillings) apart with your proposed setup

I have H&R on Toks, and having gone to that setup from H&R on stock, I have to say it it much better. The car feels more solid and they seem to dampen the ride some. However, I am feeling some bumps much more than I expected, and in Boston (pothole central) it can drive you nuts.

Of course I am still running the crapenza's (warn out), so I do expect a better ride when my Pilot Sport a/s come in. should this be the case?

I am running this combo with the OEM potenzza's. The ride is good but firm, which I like. Potholes are rough, but normal bumps are handled okay. I expect a better ride when I replace the tires, probably this summer. Overall, I am very satisfied with this setup.

You need j-Bolts though.. But you don't have to use the 4thgen mounts like the AGX's?
