Any word yet when or IF custommaxima.com will provide red/clears for the 95-96's this month as was planned?

 

R/C's give the 95-96 a totally better look.. kind of like a Benz. red on bottom clear on top. looks good man.

 

A couple hours

I got some used ones that I "refurbished." I planned to paint the inside, like you're supposed to, but the old paint and my cleaner fogged up the plastic. I ended up just repainting the oustide.

I called custommaxima yesterday, and they said that the red/clears will be arriving next week! They'll put up pictures when they arrive. Finally!

did you try any plastic polish first or some compund to try and get that haze outta them before you painted the outsides?

that's some nice lights now that I think about it.I bought some altezza's from ebay and the guy took off with my money so I've decided to either wait to see if gen2 altezza's will come for gen4 max or go with the red/clear.

I have Read/clear tailights, you read nissan on the bottom and its clear on top

 

Congrads on the Red/Clear project, it really did come out very well. I have had mine for a lil bit now, and you do notice em every time you walk from behind your car. Very rare product, but very worth the time/effort/money.

 

I do love the way they look.

Definitley worth the $13 and 2 hours it took me to do...

These are my David L's red/clears. You can't even tell the difference between mine and his custom ones

I used to have regular red/clear tails but I changed to new 2002 SM5 Diamond cut red/clear tails with Clear one piece headlights..

It will not fit US version of 4G Maximas.. Sorry.. I will try to post some pictures later..

i dont think there are red clears that are 100% perfect match.. you can't tell the diff from a few feet away anyway...
