maxima is sick

took my max to the dealer for an oil change yesterday. The tech told me he noticed something and showed me. There was oil leaking from the oil pump regulator?(i think, that's what it's called)?, and oil leaking from the transmission something. He said it's all not that major, just have to replace a couple parts,seals... Parts for both about $40, labor 2-3 hours. Also getting a new alternator free under recall. anyone else have any kind of oil leaks at all they had repaired. my car is a 98 and only has 39,000 miles on it. also, this is off the subject but where can i purchase a walboro 255 fuel pump?
