Jacking Point for Maintenance

Greetings!

I've had my 95 SE for about 2 yrs and have always done my own maintenance. I have yet to find a good point to "jack" from or place the jack stands to pull the jack.

Thoughts?

Re: Jacking Point for Maintenance

You can jack the car up using the front cross member. Look under the car from the front you will see a large metal beam that goes towards the back. You can put jackstands on the inside of the control arms. Use common sense. For the back, you can jack up the car from the rear beam. You can put the jackstands on the rear beam also. If you have a aftermarket RSB that covers the rear beam. Use a piece of wood to wedge between the bar and the beam then jack up from the bar. Enjoy jacking your car. Hahaha.
