300 zx twin turbo engine

is it possible to put a 300 zx twin turbo engine in a maxima? i was thinking about it and both the cars have a 3.0. so the engines are the same except the 300 zx has a twin turbo. i was thinking about it because i thought it would be cheaper to buy the engine at a junk yard instead of buying a turbo or supercharger. also if i did that what other modifications would i have to do to get it to work without messing anything up?

Ok, I am finding this very hard to believe, it has to be possible to fit that engine in a maxima. I'm sure its not easy to do by any means and would require way more work than its worth. It would probably need new tranny, modify the wheel wells and move a lot of other things around under the hood. My point is if you can fit a 400-500 c.i. V8 into a street legal drag car then why couldnt it be possible to fit something like the 300ZX engine in a maxima?? Maybe its just me, but this just isnt making sense to me... maybe someone with way too much time and money can do it (which isnt me)

It is possible, but not possible as a direct drop in like Honda and their ****. But it would take a ***** load of money and fabrication to get all your **** to work out properly. Electronics, tranny, ect would all have to be changed. And make sure you have at least $150,000 to do the swap, because when you spent your first $10,000 you realize its not gonna be worth it, so you spend the other $140,000 buying a Skyline. :P
